Ocean view condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach
2nd floor direct ocean view condo with three bedrooms (2 King beds + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra sleeper ottoman available in the living room.
This luxurious condominium offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been recently renovated and features fine furnishings, high-quality bedding, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and fiber optic cable TV.
The condo is equipped with the following:
-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi
-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids
-Pack n Play and high chair available on request
-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

-Tennis court

-Two outdoor BBQ’s
-Two Swimming Pools – A Large pool by the beach and a Kids Pool

Please note that no refunds will be issued for any issues related to beach erosion or other factors beyond our control.
Regal Beach Club offers direct ocean access. In the event that there is no beach during your stay, we provide comfortable lounging chairs and beds around the pool area for your relaxation and enjoyment. Additionally, there's a public beach nearby and we provide light weight beach chairs for your convenience.

Location!! We were right on the beach, couldn't get any closer if we tried. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops etc. Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked.

I enjoyed the spacious living room and open room concept. The rooms are nice sizes and so are the beds. I love the balcony and wish I could wake up every day with that view. I appreciate the manager who was very welcoming and also allowed us to chesee more

Many super restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The facility is pristine, and very well kept. The management folks are very responsive to the needs of the guests. Note this is a condo community so that there are always a combination of owners and renters.
